Brief

ABP hosted a bold new Tech Event to coincide with London Tech Week and to pre-launch their new location in London’s Royal Docks. Their project is a £1.7b development transforming London’s East end into the capital’s next business district. Our client needed an experienced team to bring the event to life and drive footfall to the location.

Experience

Experience Engine provided ‘Tech Ambassadors’ to demonstrate all the latest gear on show (including an Artificial Intelligence beer) and interact with guests. We provided hosts that were fluent in Mandarin to look after a Chinese delegation and buggy drivers to escort guests from expo centre ExCeL to the Royal Albert Dock. The team has in depth training about the project and were able to generate leads for our client.
