Kelsea joins the team as Staffing & Entertainment Coordinator.
Kelsea is originally from the South but she has been living in Yorkshire for seven years now and will be joining our Leeds office. Most of her experience lies working within music related and fundraising events – she is really looking forward to broadening her experience by joining Experience Engine.
Why Experience Engine?
I love events and experiential marketing and I felt that Experience Engine was really progressive in the way they blend the worlds of tech and placemaking. I like that they don’t use the word ‘Staff’ and that people are the priority and the engine behind great work for their clients. They treat and train promotional people to the highest standard. I love that they empower their people.
Tell us something funny about you…
I used to volunteer at a small music festival called Redfest. For a couple of years, myself and a group of friends would run the merchandise tent for the bands. After my shift finished one day we decided to have maybe a few (too many!) drinks to enjoy throughout the headline act! We went backstage after as this was where we were camping, and we only ran into the man himself – Ed Sheeran! Being slightly star struck and a little bit merry, I proceeded to tell him that he was ‘My second favourite ginger, because my Grandad was the best ginger I knew!’. Surprisingly he was still happy to have a photo taken with me.
Welcome to the team Kelsea!
